Common questions
Where are the coach's runs on my Apple Watch? In the Workout app, as their own row called Mila (not under Outdoor Run). Turn it on under More → Watches and apps.
How do I delete my account? In the app: More → Account → Delete account. All your data is deleted from Mila's server, and Strava, Polar and Sign in with Apple are disconnected.
The coach has no data about me. Allow Mila to read Apple Health, or connect Strava or Polar under More → Watches and apps. Without data, the coach plans from your own description.
