The service

Mila is an AI running coach. By signing in you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Mila's plans and texts are written by an AI model from your data and are general training advice, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before starting to train if you have an illness, injury, heart problems or are unsure. Stop and seek care if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or pain that does not go away.

Your responsibility

You decide what you do. Listen to your body; when it disagrees with the plan, the body is right. AI-written texts can be wrong, for example about race dates, courses or numbers. Check important details with the race organiser.

Your account

One account per person. Do not try to get around the limits in the app or misuse the coach. Mila may limit or close accounts that misuse the service.

Subscription

The coach is part of one subscription, Mila Coach, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Where a free trial week is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Payment is charged to your Apple ID by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you cancel and manage it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Deleting your Mila account does not cancel the subscription.

Content you add

Race courses you upload must be ones you have the right to share. Courses from a file or link are added to Mila's shared registry and may be shown to other users once reviewed. Courses fetched from Strava are never shared.

Changes and availability

Mila is developed continuously and features may change. We try to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is always running.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mila is not liable for injury or loss arising from use of the training advice. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
